Party Animal

The best thing about coming back from spring break is the myriad of parties that follow. For this party look I wanted to create a glamorous goddess effect so I added a subtle hint of vixen with red Nars nail polish which eventually paved the way for the sultry black Elizabeth and James mini dress and decadent Sam Edelman cheetah print pumps. For accessories, I kept it basic with several stacked Cara Accessories bangles in colors that aren't so flashy and forward like black and white gold so that eyes are drawn else where. To top it off I added a small woven Bottega Veneta clutch that's neutral and still complements the forward fancy footwear.

Moschino Cheap and Chic Spring 2011

The Moschino Cheap and Chic Spring 2011 Collection is exemplary in the sense that it showcased majority of springs trends in less than 30 looks. The show was infused with a multitude of fruity colors varying from punchy pink to lemonade yellow creating a contrary clash of bold prints and blaring cheers!

Bay Area Beauty

Just a few pictures I wanted to post of San Francisco for all those on their way to the Bay.

Let's Make A Toast

Rumi Neely has a very eclectic style that is often categorized as Beautiful Bohemian Rebel. In my eyes Rumi is a mix between Taylor Momsen and Nicole Richie. She achieves the rebellious feel of Taylor with black tights and crotch grazing separates and the bohemian of Richie with slouched tops and an array of sun hats.Neely's style is a breath of fresh air compared to cookie cutter adolescents in our nations current society and because of her lavish identity (and awesome fashion blog) she is my second celeb-inspired topic of interest.

90's Melody

Vintage has remained a satisfying staple in global closets and I thought it befitting to incorporate decade hopping pieces into current and upcoming Look Books. This 90's dress is very intricate and detailed there for I stuck with a neutral palette to form an outfit with balance and poise. 1.Mallarino Gold Drop Earrings 2.Chloe' Soft Pink Handbag 3.Cloudy Gray OPI Polish 4.Shopcuffs.com Sand Skip Oxford Flats 5.The Vintage Trove Floral 90's Dress

Last But Not Least

Spring Break is here and in honor of all those jetting away on their world-wide vacations I decided that the final Spring Break post should be dedicated to everyone staying at home. I'm sure nothing will amount to the grand trip you've had in mind but I hope this post will bring a smile to your face and inspiration to your minds. Besides staying at home is not always a negative, imagine all the things you can do in a week or two.Sleep in until the sun sets, treat yourself to a lavish dinner,Finish all those novels Vogue has recommended but you never got around to reading, brush up on some hot new artists, take a spin class and show off your improved physique to everyone who just flew in from Italy feeling bloated and under toned, take a trip to the park and release your inner Ansel Adams, and last but not least enjoy yourself and relax, after all you're on spring vacation regardless of the location on which you stand.
P.S

That goes for everyone. Have fun!
